Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 48 hours in store (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There may be delays due to our busy seasons in the summer and leading up to Christmas.**Please note that whenever there are potential labour issues with Canada Post, we will be unable to ship to P.O. boxes.  We apologize for any inconvenience and will get shipments out as soon as possible.

*In some cases where the shipping location is very remote, we may be unable to ship for free or at discounted rates even though the order may qualify.

*We will always notify you and await your approval before we ship if your order will require additional shipping charges or surcharges.


*Free Shipping applies to Canadian addresses only.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently offer Flat Rate Shipping

$20 shipping fee for orders $0 - $199.99

Free shipping within Canada for orders over $200.00

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in Port Stanley. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00am to 5:00pm, 7 days a week. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at team@joshuaandcompany.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

**Nov 14 2024 - Due to Canada Post's strike notice received from CUPW, we will be unable to ship to post offices boxes. We apologize for any incovenience.

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. 


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept notification of returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. See our full return policy here.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at team@joshuaandcompany.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
