Refund policy
IN STORE RETURNS/EXCHANGES
For purchases made in store, you can return your regular priced items in new/unused condition for a full refund or exchange, within two weeks (14 days) of purchase as long as you have your receipt and original payment card if you payed with debit or credit. *Note: seasonal merchandise (ie Holiday or Easter) may have exceptions to return policy.
SHIPPING RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Returns for online orders are also two weeks (14 days).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and within season. You’ll also need the receipt.
To start a return, you can contact us at team@joshuaandcompany.com. If your return is accepted, you can then use your shipping method of choice to return the item to us at your expense Alternatively, you can also return to us in person
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and have shipping company document any damages that are visible or contact shipping company as soon as possible to notify them of dammages to packages Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), bedding sheets that have been removed from the package, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Seasonal merchandise (ie Holiday or Easter decor) may have limitations on return periods.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The policy for returns also extends to exchanges
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
